HTC One X impressed us immensely when it was first released with its quad-core processor and marvelous display. Despite its strong advantages, the smartphone failed to be a hit and can’t touch the market performance levels set by its strongest rival, the Samsung Galaxy S3. But apparently, the Taiwanese company has other things in its mind, which can still stir the mobile industry, HTC One X+. Until recently, we have very little information about the phone and details leaked by a senior XDA Forum member in his Twitter account seem to be quite interesting.
The HTC One X+ may eventually be powered by Nvidia Tegra 3+ processor clocked at 1.6GHz plus a 1.7GHz single core chips as a power-saving measure. The phone will also have 1GB of RAM, 32GB of onboard storage and 1800mAh battery.
Apart from these, the HTC One X+ is said to come with HTC Sense UI 4.5 on top of Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). This isn’t the first time we hear something about the phone and previous rumor said that it would have an Nvidia Tegra 3 variant clocked at 1.7GHz. Regardless of which one is true, the HTC One X+ is very likely faster than the original version.
