After releasing details on the upcoming DROID RAZR HD, Motorola may not settle for some peace and quiet. Another Motorola’s handset is spotted in FCC documentation. Codenamed XT907, the phone is not a newcomer in mobile industry as a leaked photo of the phone has been leaked last month. Ever since, Motorola hasn’t revealed anything worthwhile about the phone and some are already thinking that the leaked image and the phone itself are fake.
Well, maybe it wasn’t a fake at all as both Motorola and FCC have indirectly confirmed that the XT907 is in the work. It is also certain that the device will be hitting Verizon’s 4G network. The phone may also boast EVDO, Bluetooth and NFC capabilities.
As always, FCC’s published documentations stop short of telling us about any juice specifications of the handset and we still don’t know what to expect from the mystery device. Rumors tell us that the phone is to feature a Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor and perhaps a 4.3” display with a rather weird resolution of 888×540.
Shown with a Kevlar coating on the back, the XT907 will also offer 8Mp rear-facing camera and Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) out of the box. XT907 seems to be a mid-range oriented handset for today’s standard and hopefully, it also means a budget-friendly price tag too.
