Nokia Lumia 920 Review

Nokia Lumia 920The Lumia 920 is Nokia’s first attempt in gaining equality with other Android smartphone manufacturers. The new phone is equipped with a modern, powerful dual-core processor, HD screen and a new operating system worthy of a competition in today’s buzzing mobile market. After all, these are what the competitors in the mobile ecosystem have been offering to the consumers for a while now. Previously, Nokia wasn’t able to go spec-for-spec against Android behemoths and now the Finnish company has finally able to catch up.

Loyal Nokia fans would be glad to know that they are getting 4.5” display with impressive 1280 x 768 pixels resolution, 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB of RAM, 4G (LTE), 32GB of onboard storage, 8Mp of rear facing camera, Windows Phone 8 OS and 7GB of additional storage from SkyDrive cloud storage service. The huge 4.5” display uses the PureMotion HD+ technology resulting in blur-free representation. Nokia claims that the Lumia 920 has the fastest LCD display on the planet with 250 percent faster refresh rate than the competition and supersensitive multitouch capability. As if it isn’t enough, the phone’s display is further backed with an improved form of Clearback technology, which allows superb clarity under direct sunlight. With the 332 ppi of pixel density, the display is surely a match to Apple’s Retina Display.
