The Xiaomi Mi3 is approaching its official release date and a new result from the GFX Benchmark shows us an early glimpse on the device. It appears that the Mi3 manages to hold its own against superphones like the HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S4. We also get some additional details about the phone and it seems to be equipped with full HD display, Nvidia Tegra 4 processor clocked at 1.8GHz and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
The GFX Benchmark is typically used to measure 3D graphics performance on mobile devices in a way to allow users compare various models, often including unreleased ones. The benchmarking test took place on June 28th and it is currently the fastest device on the list based on scores.
The Mi3 finishes ahead of the HTC One, both the standard and Google Edition variants. The phone also tops any variant of the Samsung Galaxy S4. It’s worth noting that there’s no guarantee the Xiaomi Mi3 will end up outside China.
