The ZTE Score M is an affordable way to get decent and comfortable Android experience. The phone weighs 4.8 ounces and a little bit thick at 12.7mm. The front is completely glass and the sides are made of shiny black plastic. With a 3.5” HVGA display, the Score M surely offers a budget feel and the display seems to be more reflective than other models in the same price range.
The 600MHz Qualcomm MSM7627 processor is woefully outdated and offers lackluster performance. While the phone offers decent compatibility with apps in Google Play store, the whole experience would feel somewhat bogged down. The Score M is powered with Gingerbread (Android 2.3.4) and the phone maker only adds slight superficial customizations.
The phone is responsive enough for most basic tasks and users can customize five homescreens. The 3.2Mp rear-facing camera is far from impressive; and it lacks autofocus and flash. Pictures taken seem to have slight hazy quality to them and those taken indoors tend to be a bit blurry.
