The Nubia Z5S will be ZTE’s newest flagship and it will arrive along with a smaller sidekick, the Nubia Z5S Mini. Both could soon be available, probably on December; but early availability in China. One of the most popular online shopping website in the country, JD, will start offering these phones real soon.
The Nubia Z5S with 16GB internal storage will be available for CNY 1999 or $330, while the more affordable Nubia Z5S also with 16GB internal storage is priced at CNY 1499 or $246. Both devices really have a few nice things to offer, despite the reasonably low prices. To date, more than 2.5 million consumers in China have already pre-order both devices.
The Nubia Z5S looks like a worthy competitor to the Samsung Galaxy S4 with its 5-inch 1080p IGZO display, 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, 13Mp camera on the back with 4K video recording and OIS, 2GB of RAM, 5MP front-facing camera and 2300mAh cell.
The Nubia Z5S Mini is a mid-range device with features somewhat comparable to Samsung Galaxy S3. It has 4.7-inch 720p display, 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor, OIS-less 13Mp rear-facing camera, 5Mp front-facing camera and 2GB of RAM.
