Many new devices have been unveiled at CES event and we are waiting for their actual arrival in the market. It is quite likely that LG will release the G Flex 2 smartphone in South Korea. It appears that the phone will be available from three major mobile carriers in the country.
The flexible, curved device will be available for 800,000 Korean won or equal to about $740. This is a steep price tag and probably more that many of us have expected. LG G Flex 2 is expected to arrive with Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 octa-core processor and 64-bit capability. It will also be equipped with Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box.
It will feature the same form factor offered by the first G Flex. Like the original device, it also has a self-healing back cover to make sure it looks more pristine, despite frequent uses. Other details are 13Mp rear-facing camera, laser-based auto focus mechanism, 2.1Mp front-facing camera, 3000mAh battery and 32GB of internal storage. While the International variant of the phone will be equipped with 3GB of RAM, it appears that the South Korean version will have only 2GB of RAM.
