ZTE Nubia Z5S Mini Ranks Well in Benchmark Results

ZTE Nubia Z5S MiniZTE is seeking to join the ranks of top-tier global smartphone manufacturers by expanding its high-end portfolio. Its new ZTE Nubia Z5S packs impressive high-end specs that any power user would crave. There’s a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor under the hood, which helps the phone to achieve impressive scores in benchmark results.

On AnTuTu 4.0, the Nubia Z5S scored 28,066 points; easily outscoring earlier high-end devices, the Sony Xperia Z, HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S4; which use the slower Qualcomm Snapdragon 600.

But, what about the smaller ZTE Nubia Z5S Mini?
Scoring at 21,012 points, the phone easily beats out flagship devices from 2012, including Samsung Galaxy S3, Sony Xperia Z and Samsung Galaxy Note 2. But, packing the Snapdragon 600 processor, the Nubia Z5S Mini scores a bit too low compared to similarly equipped device, including the Xiaomi MI 2S.

Specs of the Z5S Mini include 5Mp front-facing camera, 13Mp rear-facing facing shooter with f/2.2 aperture, 16GB/32GB of onboard storage and 2000mAh battery. All of them are packed inside a 7.6mm thick chassis, with 4.7-inch display on the front. The ZTE Nubia Z5S Mini starts from $246 for the 16GB 3G model to $567 for the 32GB LTE model.
