After a long wait, finally we get the alleged benchmark result of the Samsung Galaxy S4 and this time, it comes from the GlBenchmark online database. Obviously, it’s not a good idea to take this too seriously due to some considerations. Codenamed Samsung SHV-E300S, this could be a Galaxy S4 model intended only for South Korean consumers.
It is quite interesting to know that the device will be powered by the Qualcomm’s MSM8960 SoC. It is unlikely for the International variant to use a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, since Samsung tends to release Exynos SoC for global users. The benchmark data also confirms that the phone will use 1080p resolution, while the actual display size isn’t listed.
GlBenchmark also shows that the Galaxy S4 will be about 10 – 20 percent faster than the Nexus 4. Like before the Galaxy S3 is launched, Samsung also puts a veil of secrecy around the Galaxy S4 and benchmark results are always good sources of leaked information.
