ZTE Warp Sequent Could Arrive Next Week

ZTE Warp SequentRumors on ZTE Warp Sequent, a new mid-range smartphone, surface on Twitter and it may be heading to Boost Mobile. At $200 contract-free, the phone seems like a cheaper variant of the ZTE Grand X IN with some minor design changes including three capacitive buttons under the display. The phone is expected to arrive with 1.4GHz single-core processor and 4.3” qHD display. In a glance, the Warp Sequent seems taller than the Grand X IN. On the back, a 5Mp rear-facing camera should produce acceptable images in the mid-range category.

Leaked information from Twitter may not be trustworthy enough, but @evleaks has accurately leaked details of the Nokia Lumia 820 and Lumia 920, days before the official launch event. Considering these facts in mind, there is a good chance that the ZTE Warp Sequent will arrive next week. The phone will use Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0) and ZTE decides to drop its custom overlay, which should appeal purists in the market.
