Sony LT29i “Hayabusa” Will Be Renamed to Sony Xperia TX

Sony Xperia TXThe Sony LT29i, codenamed “Hayabusa”, has been rumored for a couple months now as Sony’s next flagship. It looks like the phone is going to be called the Sony Xperia TX and this could simply mean a phone that’s superior compared to a previous model, the Sony Xperia T. Just like Samsung and Apple, Sony needs to leverage its “Xperia” brand, which allows people to easily remember their phone models.

Effective brand utilization could help Sony to make a comeback in the industry; preferably by continue to impress consumers with exquisite design. Based on previous rumors, the Sony Xperia TX may boast the following specs: 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 4.6” 720p display, 13Mp rear-facing camera, Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0.4) and onscreen buttons.
